End-of-the-Year Celebrations

Last middle school spring dance - the Masquerade Ball!

(Jacob was super creative and taped lenses from an old pair of glasses to the inside of his mask, so he could see during the dance. He was worried he wouldn't know what he was eating. Too funny!)

Bubble Ball at the end-of-the-season soccer party. Boys against girls. So.much.fun.

Brooklyn's Animal Habitat project. She chose the ring-tailed lemur. She had to write a one-page paper + poem, make a habitat for them out of a shoebox and present everything in front of the class. It was quite the project, but she did an amazing job!

The last Artists in Action at the end of May. Jacob's last time playing in the middle school band.

This is the last song where the school principle Mr. D dances with the 8th grade class and announces that he's retiring at the end of the year...everyone was in tears.

(Jacob and Josh are sitting up on stage with the band and choir.)

Brooklyn's 2nd grade ice cream party + awards the last week of school. She won the award for class artist and most colorful student. No surprise there!

Jake's sports banquet where his soccer team got together one last time.

And Connor's team soccer awards to celebrate the end of his first spring season.

Super fun, but a whirlwind of a month in May!
