Catching up on some of my holiday recipes!
Scot and I don't eat breakfast much these days (see why here), but sausage balls are always a classic family favorite for breakfast - especially over the holidays.
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 12 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until slightly brown on top.
