Butterscotch Haystacks // A Recipe

Easy-peasy recipe that's always a family favorite - especially at Christmastime!

- 1 (11 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
- 1 (16.3 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
- 1 (12 oz.) bag chow mein noodles
In a large pot, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together. Stir in the chow mein noodles, breaking up the noodles as you go. Drop by rounded tablespoonsful onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Refrigerate or freeze 1 to 2 hours until hardened; keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
Yield: 4 dozen
