I got this recipe from my sister-in-law Jennifer, and let me tell you, it is so easy. I'm not a big cherry fan, but we all love it around here! (You can double the recipe for a 9x13 pan too.) Perfect dessert for our anniversary dinner last night - my hubby's favorite.
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (9 oz.) box Jiffy golden yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
Pour pie filling in an 8x8 baking dish. Spread dry cake mix over filling; drizzle melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until brown. And you're done!
