I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. You'll love it - even if you don't like cauliflower.
- 1 cauliflower, cut into large pieces
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Boil cauliflower until tender (about 10 minutes), drain and place in a 2-quart greased baking dish. Mix mayo and mustard in a small bowl and pour over cauliflower; mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
