Here's the recent happenings from our weekend:
Scot and Jake visited the Tennessee State Museum on Saturday morning before Jake's basketball game. They spent some time at the Civil War exhibit - and even got to see the real Emancipation Proclamation while they were there. They had a good time.
Connor had his first haircut at Great Clips on Sunday. We weren't sure how he would do, especially during naptime, but he sat so still in that chair. It was like he knew what he was doing. (The mum-mum snacks didn't hurt either.)
They even gave us some hair in a cute card to take home. Baby-book worthy for sure!
I have to say, I miss those little curls in the back already. He looks like such a big boy now. [sniff, sniff...]
Jacob lost one of his canines on Friday and the Tooth Fairy
forgot got behind two nights in a row, so she left a nice note and a little extra for the wait.
There was no school on Monday so Jake and our neighbor, Jordan, spent the afternoon at the skating rink.
It was hilarious to watch these two in action at first, but they quickly got the hang of it again.
And that was our fun-filled weekend!
