A good ol' Southern favorite for sure!
- 4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
Mix the chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and poppy seeds together and put in a 9x13 greased baking dish; cover with Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter on top of cracker crumbs. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
