Taco Soup // A Recipe

One of our all-time family favorites!


- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet Ranch dressing seasoning
- 1 can whole kernel corn


Ground the beef; drain. In large soup pot, put Ranch and taco seasoning and combine all canned ingredients. Do not drain. Put entire contents into the pot and stir together and bring to a boil. Add the ground beef and stir in. Cube Velveeta and mix in. Stir until melted. If soup is too thick, add water. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream or Fritos.
