Our Tuesdays and Thursdays are so busy. Between snack time, homework, attempted baby naps, a little play time and clean-up, and the usual end-of-the-day chaos...there isn't much time for dinner. (Or anything else, for that matter.) That's why I stick to something simple for dinner like soup and salad, salad and baked potatoes, cereal, eggs, leftovers or chicken tenders and fries on practice nights. I get the younger ones fed and ready for bed while the boys are gone. Then, we all go and cheer Jake on for the games on Saturday. Something we all enjoy.
