Connor, you are 3 months old! You were 14 pounds, 5 ounces before surgery and 14 pounds, 13 ounces one week after surgery so I'm sure you're over 15 pounds by now. You wear size 3-6 month clothes and size 3 diapers. You are growing way too fast these days.
Three weeks ago, you were diagnosed with pyloric stenosis and underwent emergency surgery. You recovered very quickly and have been a totally different baby since surgery. You are happy and content. You giggle, laugh and smile. You are such a joy. Your brother and sister just love you.
You haven't had any problems with reflux since surgery, so you're off the reflux meds - we hope for good!
You're on a great schedule now. You eat four 8-ounce bottles a day. You wake up around 7am, take two 2-3 hour naps, get a bath at 4:30 and go to bed around 5:00-5:30pm - while waking for a late-night bottle around 8pm.
You are completely sleep-trained. We lay you down on your belly with your paci and, after a few minutes, you go to sleep on your own. You sleep over 10 hours at night now!
What were your siblings up to at this age?
At 3.5 months, Jacob was cutting his first two bottom front teeth.
And Brooklyn was suffering from a bad case of eczema that peaked at 2 months and lasted till she was 6 months old. Poor thing.
We love you, Connor! You're one special little boy. Our lives are much more happier with you around.
